BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The West Peculiar Fire Protection District is a special taxing district with the sole purpose of providing Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services for the City of Peculiar and surrounding areas.
Generally, the West Peculiar Fire Protection District is bordered on the North by 203rd Street, the South by Y Hwy, the South by 251st St. (with a section South to 261st St.) and on the East by S. Wheeler Rd. All of the District is contained within Cass County Missouri.
The District is governed by a board consisting of (3)three directors elected to 6 year terms. Terms are staggered so that a new director is elected every 2 years.
